To create| assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion:
To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions overview.
To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations."

Requirements

3+ years of Java-J2EE experience
Proficiency with Java 8, Spring, Sprint Boot, Apache Camel, Spring Batch, Git, Junit, Mockito
Hands-on experience in Microservice and Apache Camel (EIP).
Proficiency with SOA, REST/SOAP Web services, JSON/XML, Apache FreeMarker.
Good knowledge on REST Architecture Constraints.
Hands on experience in REST API implementation, Creating, maintaining and versioning API’s.
Design, develop, and maintain code that meets requirements, is high quality, and performs efficiently and effectively to provide a great customer experience.
Write production quality and thoroughly tested code.
Strong knowledge in SQL (Oracle).
Familiar with Linux operation system.
Incorporate standards and best practices, including performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Banking domain knowledge is a plus
