To develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time, quality and cost standards:
To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements
To provide support for enhancement (major and minor) or new developments based on business requirements as provided by the client as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
To provide technical guidance to junior developers

Requirements

3 years of solid experience with ReactJS
English: Listening and Speaking Skill are required
Banking Project Experience and domain banking knowledge IS A PLUS
Experience in front end development
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, ES6, React JS
React Hooks and 16.8+
Lifecycle methods using hooks, Reusing state logics custom Hooks
Advanced React
VirtualDOM, Reconciliation, Context API, Renderprops wrapper hell
Redux Architecture/ Fundamental principles, latest Redux hooks, Middlewares(Thunk or saga) JS/ES6
Latest features(variable scope, arrow fn, Template Strings, Object/Array destructure, Optional chaining, Spread/Rest/Null coalescing operator), Typescript, New Array methods, Async/Await, yield/generator functions, Promises
CSS/Responsive design
Flexbox, Display/Position, Box model, CSS selectors
Webpack/Gulp/Grunt, Unit Testing, GIT, etc
Experience in Source Control (Bitbucket/GIT)
Knowledge and experience with using Restful API
Must be able to translate specifications (wireframes) into high quality code
Must be able to design components to drive reusability and performance
Must be able to build responsive design
Design, develop, and maintain code that meets requirements, is high quality, and performs efficiently and effectively to provide a great customer experience.
